What is alkaline water and how does the S.W.S Alcaline Max work?

Our alkaline water products (S.W.S Alcaline Max, Alcaline Squeeze Max, shower filters) use layered filtration, including KDF media, to reduce chlorine and heavy metals and raise the pH of your water. Refill units are available for each system to keep it running at its best.

How do I know which Wellness Kit is right for me?

Each kit combines a different set of accessories — compare the included items on each product page (insoles, bracelets, and alkaline bottles) to find the combination that matches your routine, or reach out to us and we'll help you choose.

Are Nipponflex products washable / how do I care for them?

Wipe accessories with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Apparel items (leggings, straps, underwear) should be hand-washed or washed on a gentle cycle to preserve the embedded ION fibers.
