Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Nipponflex e-Energy products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: water filter refills (Alcaline Squeeze Filter Refil, S.W.S Alcaline Max Filter Refill Unit, Alcaline Shower Double Refil, Band FIR ION Refill), Super Mask, and intimate apparel (Underwear Boxer, Panty Tanga, Bra Cup).

How to request a return: Email ritavercosa101@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
